The Malaysia International Mask Festival was held on the 14, 15 and 16 August 2015 at Esplanade KLCC Park, Kuala Lumpur. It highlights the uniqueness of masks as prop performances in various cultural arts of the country.

The festival saw the involvement of all major races in Malaysia including the indigenous people of Sabah and Sarawak, to share and preserve artistry and significance of masks through exhibition and performances. Events during the festival included masquerade catwalk, face painting, helmet painting, fantasy mask performances, making your own mask, and showcases of masks from Italy, China, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.
