IMMERSE INTO SUNGEI WANG GARDEN OF WEALTH
Kuala Lumpur, 6 January 2018 - Usher in the year of Earth Dog as Sungei Wang celebrates this auspicious Lunar New Year with the theme "Sungei Wang Garden of Wealth". The celebration commences from 5 January to 22 February 2018.
Step into the year of 2018, Sungei Wang transforms into garden of wealth decked with shinny gold ornaments and decorations. At the Main Entrance, shoppers are greeted with a 10-feet tall God of Fortune wishing shoppers abundance of wealth. The highlight of the decoration is the whopping 18- feet tall golden money tree is erected on the stage showcasing the garden of wealth, fortune and prosperity. There is also a Golden Wishing Arch where shoppers who walk through it are expected to receive good wealth, fortune and prosperity in the Year of Dog. Daggling gold coins are cascading from the top on the Centre Court to bring good fortune to shoppers as well.

Grand Launch of Sungei Wang Garden of Welath
To kick start the campaign, the Grand Launch of Sungei Wang Garden of Wealth was held on 6 January 2018. The launch was kicked off with a stunning acrobatic lion dance performance by the multiple international award winning dance troupe, Kwong Ngai Lion Dance.
Thereafter, a video on Sungei Wang CNY Charity Initiative was shown where Sungei Wang management visited Rumah Victory Children & Youth Home together with GOXUAN MC Joe & Christal. Sungei Wang donated some daily necessities to the home as well as conducted spring cleaning and decorated the home. SCCA was present to provide free hair-cut to the children of the home and the children were entertained by lion dance and appearance of God of Fortune. The home visit ended with a YuSheng tossing session with everyone.
The launch was officiated by Ms Yuen May Chee, Complex Manager of Sungei Wang, Ms Serena Tan, Head of Marketing Communications of Sungei Wang, GOXUAN MC Joe & Catherine together with Q-Genz by tossing the YuSheng to signify the abundance, prosperity and good luck to kick start the year. The launch followed by a CNY dance performance specially tailored for the campaign and short interaction session with Q-Genz, a popular trio girl group. To end the launch, three lucky invited guests were treated with an opportunity to join the Golden Money Tree Ang Pao Pick and win away with prizes.
