THE MINISTER OF TOURISM, ARTS, AND CULTURE, DATO SRI TIONG KING SING, EMPHASIZED MALAYSIA'S COMMITMENT TO STRENGTHENING REGIONAL TOURISM AT THE 27TH ASEAN TOURISM MINISTERS MEETING

The Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, emphasized Malaysia's commitment to strengthening regional tourism at the 27th ASEAN Tourism Ministers Meeting.

Held on January 25, 2024, in Vientiane, Laos, the meeting, chaired by Laos' Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, focused on fostering sustainable and responsible tourism practices.

Malaysia, represented by Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, urged all ASEAN member states to embrace sustainable development and inclusivity in the tourism sector, aligning with the ATF 2024 theme, "Quality and Responsible Tourism – Sustaining ASEAN Future.
