The ASEAN Tourism Investment Forum to be held on 9 December 2005 in conjunction with the 11 th ASEAN Summit at the Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur will provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and to discuss tourism investment opportunities in the region.

The topics that will be presented by the international panel of speakers include the following:

• Challenges & Opportunities for Tourism Investment in ASEAN
• Overcoming the Impediments for Tourism Investment
• Public & Private Sector Partnership for Tourism Investment in ASEAN
• Investment Opportunities in Niche Market within ASEAN
• Financing Tourism Investment Projects.

The forum is freeofcharge and open to the public. Players in the travel and leisure industry, particularly investors from the private sector, are invited to book their seats offered on a firstcome, firstserved basis.
