Nomination Form
Submissions can be made by the nominee (i.e. self-nomination), or by members of the tourism industry or the public. Nomination forms must be completed with nominee profiles as well as related supporting documents.
Each nomination must be accompanied by an official Malaysia Tourism Awards 2016/2017 entry form which is available at the websites of the Ministry of Tourism And Culture Malaysia (www.motac.gov.my) and Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board (www.tourism.gov.my).

The deadline for submission is 7th October 2017. Materials submitted becomes the property of the Ministry of Tourism And Culture Malaysia and are non-returnable.
The judges reserve the right not to select a winner if it is deemed that no entry of sufficient merit has been submitted. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
